Elemental Yoga - Close your eyes and breathe your way through this relaxing ancient meditation practice that will challenge your balance and coordination while calming your mind and strengthening your body. Whether it's your first time practicing or you're a veteran yogi, come in and join us for an hour of inspriation and self exploration.
TEEN Elemental Yoga - Is a yoga class designed especially for teens. Whether you just came from teen spin or you want to practice yoga only... teen yoga is the place to let go and be yourself through a series of postures.
Vinyasa Yoga - Breathing with synchronized movements. A Vinysa practice involves moving though a continual dynamic of specific asanas synchronized with breathing techniques. This movement creates an internal heat heat that helps eliminate toxins from the body. Beginners welcome as the instructor will give modifications for all postures. Intermediate levels will be pushed to work their edge.
