integrates a series of cardio, strength, balance , flexibility, and core conditioning all into one class... always ending class with a needed cool down and a comprehensive total body stretch. Each instructors 20/20/20 class will consist of twenty minute segments that will include a combination of any of the following modalities... Free weights, TRX training as well as other training tools and manipulative's. Spin and/or Kickboxing , Core Conditioning, Yoga and/or a complete stretch.
Our instructor bring their own expertise and style to their 20/20/20 class... so get ready to sweat and have your fitness level challenged... leaving feeling invigorated and relaxed.
